Microsoft launches Xbox One in India at Rs.39,990

After a long wait, the Xbox One has finally arrived in India. Starting today, Gamers from all over the country can buy the Xbox One from Amazon.in. The much awaited gaming console will only be available exclusively via Amazon.in.
Microsoft will be launching two versions of the Xbox One in India. One will come bundled with the Kinect sensor and another without the Kinect sensor. The Xbox One console with the Kinect sensor is priced at Rs. 45,990, whereas the Kinect less version is priced at Rs. 39,990.
Customers who purchase the Xbox One at Launch will be able to grab free goodies worth Rs. 6000. These gifts include the FIFA 2015 game and Dance Central Spotlight DLC for the Xbox One Kinect bundle and only the FIFA 2015 game for the Xbox One without the Kinect bundle. Apart from that customers will also receive eGift coupons worth Rs. 2000 which can be used to purchase an additional Xbox controller or Blu-ray versions of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Captain America – The Winter Soldier worth Rs 2,500.
Microsoft has also ensured availability of all the latest games for the Xbox One in India and here are some of the games which will be available at the launch day in India.

Forza Motosport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome, Dead Rising 3, Destiny, and FIFA 15.

While the above games have been confirmed to be available on the launch day in India, many other games such as the following might be available on or after the launch day.
As for the pricing of the games for the Xbox One, expect to pay a premium amount since all the games will be imported from abroad. Here’s a list of all the games that will be available in India on or after the Launch day along with their pricing.
